How it works

Overview:
The Releift Health Support Program provides crucial financial assistance to individuals and families who struggle with the high costs of healthcare. By directly paying health insurance premiums, Relieft ensures that beneficiaries maintain their health coverage without financial strain, promoting better health and peace of mind.

Eligibility:

  • Individuals or families currently enrolled or eligible for health insurance plans but unable to afford the premiums due to financial constraints.

  • Applicants must demonstrate a need for financial support based on income levels or unexpected medical expenses.


Program Features:

  • Direct Payment to Insurance Providers: Releift handles all payments directly to the insurance companies, ensuring that health coverage is not interrupted.

  • Flexible Repayment Options: Beneficiaries can choose to repay the assisted amount in manageable installments over a period of 6 to 12 months.

  • Low Additional Cost: The last instalment includes a 10% administrative fee and no interest is charged on any repayments, making this an affordable option compared to traditional loan services.

 

Repayment Details:

  • Upon acceptance into the program, beneficiaries agree to a tailored repayment plan that suits their financial situation.

  • The repayment period can be chosen between 6 and 12 months, with the last installment including a 10% administration fee.


Application Process:

  • Submit an Application: Complete the online application form on the Releift website, providing details about your current health insurance status and financial need.

  • Provide Documentation: Submit documents proving insurance enrollment or eligibility, along with evidence of financial hardship.

  • Review and Approval: Applications are processed on a rolling basis. Releift may contact applicants for additional information.

  • Payment Arrangement: Once approved, Releift coordinates directly with the insurance provider to arrange the payment of premiums. Beneficiaries receive confirmation of payment and details of their repayment schedule.
